About Hamzah
My name is Hamzah and i am currently a second-year medical student at the University of Sheffield. I am excited to meet patients to gather experience of how disease and other health problems manifest and the effects it has on society and the individual. I am also excited about being at the forefront of new scientific advances which can provide new treatments for severe disease.
I have experience of taking GCSE exams and A-level exams and I have a good understanding of effective exam technique
I can help students improve by simplifying difficult concepts in a step by step approach and showing students how the information can be used in an exam question This will help build students confidence and motivation which will allow pupils to excel in their subject area.
I have accumulated a lot of teaching experience over the past two years. I have and currently am tutoring many pupils. I have accumulated 400+ lessons. I am very familiar with the idea of online tutoring as i have been tutoring with Mytutor for the past year. I also run private tutoring lessons which are again online. The vast number of lessons that i have completed have allowed me to fine tune my teaching skills and has allowed me to gather experience on teaching students with different abilities, skills, needs and aims. I am now able to adapt my lessons to provide the best experience for the pupils to allow them to excel in their subject area. I am very proud to say that i have received great reviews from my previous pupils where they have seen a big increase in grades and confidence.

My lessons will be structured. This will include a review of pre-existing learning, presenting new ideas and concepts in a step by step method, checking students understanding and progress by asking questions and guiding students in the right direction whilst giving detailed feedback and giving clear and detailed explanations with anything that the student needs help with. Personally, I believe understanding exam technique, understanding difficult concepts in a step by step format and building confidence helped me the most when preparing for exams which i strive to implement in my lessons
