About Jiayan
I used to work as a fulltime mandarin teacher out of China for two years and now I am teaching Mandarin in a British school in London.I am very familiar with GCSE Mandarin exam and can help students improve their mandarin in a short time.

I studied Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages for bachelor and master.
I have 4+ experience in teaching Chinese at all levels in China and also out of China，to adults and pupils.
I understand Chinese is a language very different from English or any other European languages, but I will always try to make it easy for students to learn. Since I have had students from different backgrounds and different levels, I know very well what difficulties the students with certain backgrounds will have and I will give certain suggestions to help them improve.
I am very enthusiastic about languages and culture. I am also learning Spanish at the moment.I spend most of my spare time traveling and reading.
