About Aniruddh Omprakash
I landed up here, because of a weekend chill plan between me and my friend , which went from being chilled to brainstorming an idea which we thought it was critical it was addressed.
THE IDEA
WHAT ARE THE SKILLS WE WISH WE WERE THOUGHT WHILE WE WERE LEARNING IN THE SCHOOL & UNIVERSITY?
This is something very close to my heart, and I hope to impart my learnings to the next set of people rolling out of the university doors - Save them time, Help them make smart decisions , and help them contribute more to the field
I have a masters in advanced mechanical engineering, and a PhD equivalent KTP project funded by innovate UK under my belt. I have been in the industry for the last 6 years, working in Aerospace, Food and Automotive with the likes of Rolls Royce, Airbus, Volkswagen, Tata to ABP Food Group, Golden Popcorn, Delilites, Frylite.

The lessons are primarily targeted to students who are in their GCSC levels and bachelor's degree. Aged between 17-21.
The lessons aim to bridge the gap between the academia and the real world i.e. the industries. How the industries work? How is it different from what we are taught? What are the actual soft skills and technical skills that will be required to grow exponentially, when they roll out the university DOORS!!!
The lessons will be an hour.

+ How different sectors work and what are their visions going forward? Where do you fit?
+ Introduction to Industry 4.0 Technologies
+ Application of Industry 4.0 technologies with real case studies
+ Industry 4.0 Simulation software packages which are currently catching the industries by storm with Case studies
- ADD ONS and the most important one
+ Skills they do not teach us in the universities and you wished they would - Empathy in Industry
I have been a Knowledge Transfer Associate , on a KTP project. A KTP is a three way collaboration funded by INNOVATE UK between an industry looking to get a technology onboard : a university who has the resource to research : A associate who can bridge the gap. I have 4 years of experience in knowledge sharing, rather than tutoring, to put it in better words.
