About Yolande
I have been an English Language teacher for the past 12 years at two different High Schools. Every year I teach about 200 students and I have received amazing results annually from my Grade 12 learners in their NSC (Final year Exams) Exams. I have had no failures in 11 years (this being my 12th year of teaching) and I pride myself on always providing the best possible education.

I teach grades 8 to 12 and therefore have to be able to be on the level of all of those grades. I usually determine where the learners' proficiency with regards to the language is at and I take it from there. One first needs to crawl before you can walk, therefor I strongly believe in focusing on the basics and getting that right before you can move on. I love teaching and I love to see that 'ah-ha' moment when a student grasps a concept.
