About Juliette

Hi, I am Juliette. I am French but I arrived in Australia 12 years ago. I love traveling and discovering new culture.

I am an English teacher based in Perth, bringing both international perspective and practical teaching experience to my work. I have a diploma in Teaching English as a Second Language (TEFL). With three years of experience teaching French and English as a second language, I have developed a strong ability to adapt lessons to suit different learning styles, levels, and goals. My background as a non-native English speaker allows me to deeply understand the challenges my students face, and I use this insight to provide clear, patient, and effective guidance.

My lessons focus not only on grammar and vocabulary, but also on real-world communication skills, ensuring that students can use English naturally and confidently in everyday situations.

About the lesson

My approach to tutoring is centered on creating a supportive, engaging and student-focused learning environment. I believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to match each individual's needs, pace and goals.

In my class, I aim to make learning interactive and approachable. I use innovative teaching methods such as role-plays, games, songs ...
I encourage questions, discussions and critical thinking, ensuring that students feel comfortable expressing their ideas and uncertainties.

Overall, my teaching approach is patient, adaptable, and focused on long-term success, ensuring that students feel supported while reaching their full potential.

Juliette is great, very patient and has been teaching me French on and off for a couple of years.

My speaking confidence was very low. However, Juliette has focused on improving this with me.

Highly recommended.
