My teaching begins with an analysis of my students knowledge and by listening to their needs and motivations. Once this is known, I establish a plan and learning objectives in consultation with the student. This plan can be structured or flexible depending on needs and objectives. The most important thing for me as a teacher is that my students enjoy our lessons together and have a good time.
