About Natasha
I’m Natasha—an educator with a BSc in Sociology and Social Policy.
My approach is shaped by a secondary teacher who supported me patiently, building my confidence step by step until I achieved a GCSE B in French.
I now mirror that style—offering encouragement and advocating for students’ personal, academic, professional and life goals.

With 20+ years' experience across education, pastoral care, community work and consultancy, I specialise in 1:1 tuition for primary school-age students — using the world as our classroom.
I begin by building a rapport in a relaxed setting, getting to know each student and their needs, before crafting a learning programme tailored at their individual pace.
Using a growth mindset, we will work together in helping you learn the way you learn best to address barriers to your learning too.

I have known Natasha for many years, and I can honestly say she is one of the most kind, patient, and genuine people I have met. She has a natural gift for teaching and always makes people feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged. Natasha takes the time to understand her students and explains things in a calm and clear way that builds both confidence and ability. She is professional, reliable, and truly cares about helping others succeed. Any student learning with Natasha will not only gain knowledge but also feel valued and motivated throughout their learning journey.
Natasha and I have known each other socially for nearly 20 years.
She has an incredible passion for supporting the development of young people, which is reflected in her clear and effective communication style, her patience, and her ability to break down complex subjects and tasks into a level that truly supports and enhances a student’s understanding.
Natasha was the very first person I turned to when I needed guidance for my goddaughter, who has special educational needs.
I particularly remember her recommending tactile and multi-sensory books, as well as sharing a range of strategies to support reading, writing, and overall comprehension.
Her advice not only helped me feel more confident in supporting my goddaughter, but, more importantly, it greatly improved my goddaughter’s confidence, lifted her spirits, and positively impacted both her education and her outlook on life in general.Natasha has been teaching my daughter for many years now and I’m very pleased with her teaching style outside of the classroom. The one to one style that she uses has caused my daughter to have great understanding and a very high accelerated learning rate by comparison to her classmates. I’d recommend her to anyone that wants that one to one excellence that brings out the best in your child.
Natasha has been a great mentor to me since we first met in Year 9 at secondary school. Over the years, she has continued to support me with advice and guidance, and her kindness and encouragement have always meant a lot to me.
More recently, she has also helped my daughter with her reading skills and English pronunciation. This really helped to build her confidence before starting a new school after the summer holidays, and it made a huge difference. Natasha is kind, caring, and patient, and I believe she would make an excellent English tutor for students of all ages.
My daughter is turning 9 this week and now reads really well. It all started with the time Natasha spent reading books with her, and I honestly can’t thank her enough.View more recommendations
