About Florian
I first learned English by myself as a teenager before I obtained a BA with a double major in Chinese and English (Lyon III) following a year on exchange at the University of Toronto (Canada). I then obtained a master’s degree in English translation at the University Paris X and decided to prepare the competitive examination of the aggregation that I passed the following year. I then left for a year to go live in the United States and brush up on my skills in 2018-2019 before returning to France to teach English this year.

For me, it is first and foremost essential to pique the student’s interest in the language, via things that fascinate them or that they know well in order to make you want to learn. For me, it is also paramount to focus on the various needs (oral, written, comprehension, expression, grammar, lexicon, translation, etc ...) that widely differ from one person to the next, through activities and examples that are grounded in real life and have practical applications.
That is why I offer tutoring to all ages and levels throughout middle school and high school, but also to students (grammar, history, and translation). I also offer my help to those preparing to take competitive examinations such as the CAPES or the AGREGATION, or certifications such as the TOEIC, TOEFL, or IELTS.
