I am an English Literature Undergraduate at the University of Warwick. I have previously studied English Language and English Literature at GCSE and A-Level, achieving A* at A-Level. I am enthusiastic and diligent - I will try my best to help you achieve the grades you want and help you engage with the texts you are studying.

Whether the final assessment is an exam or coursework, I believe it is crucial to understand the texts you are studying. Therefore, my approach is to help you understand the context of the authors for English Literature and help you understand the plot. For older texts such as Nineteenth-Century Literature, I will aim to explain the relevance to contemporary society, to make the texts more engaging. For English Language, I will develop and teach strategies that will help you with comprehension and writing creatively depending on the task, whether it is from a specific narrative perspective or a descriptive/analytical piece of work.
