About Chalsi Samichha
I am an English Literature teacher and a lifelong learner who believes that knowledge gains meaning only when it is shared. Having studied literature deeply, I understand how texts shape our thinking, empathy, and understanding of the world. I want to share my knowledge because education transformed my own perspective. Literature taught me to question ideas, understand human emotions, and express thoughts clearly. By teaching, I hope to help students discover their voices, develop critical thinking, and grow intellectually and emotionally. Teaching allows me to contribute to society by shaping thoughtful, aware individuals. I see my role not only as a transmitter of information but as a guide who helps students connect literature with life. Sharing knowledge, for me, is both a responsibility and a purpose.

My teaching method focuses on understanding rather than memorization. Instead of asking students to only remember summaries or critical notes, I encourage them to read texts closely, question meanings, and form their own interpretations.
I connect literature with real-life experiences, history, and contemporary issues, which helps students see texts as living conversations rather than old, distant works. Classes include open discussions, guided questions, short writing tasks, and comparative reading, allowing students to actively participate instead of passively listening.
Most importantly, I create a student-friendly and inclusive classroom, where learners feel confident expressing ideas without fear of being wrong. My goal is to make literature thought-provoking, relatable, and intellectually empowering.
