About Philippa
I’m currently studying for my PhD in English Literature, focusing on contemporary literature. I also teach Academic Skills. I previously taught English in Vietnam and Spain.
I’m happy giving group or private classes. I have experience organising classes around the interests, learning styles, and priorities for students (speaking, fluency, reading specific types of text). I hope to make lessons entertaining, interactive and valuable.
Having taught in a range of environments, I have developed a range of skills and expertise, alongside the confidence and knowledge to provide an enjoyable learning experience.
