About Mara
I am and English Literature graduate from the University of Leeds and have always had a passion for literature and helping people. Throughout my school and University years, I have helped friends and family planning and editing essays and proof-reading their work. I also spent two months working with an au pair family (kids aged 11 and 14, and parents) developing their oral and written English.

There is no one-size-fits-all method for tutoring, so I work with each student to identify key areas for improvement and develop individualised lessons. I will ask the right questions and provide the required support whether you are looking to improve reading comprehension, spelling and grammar, critical thinking, essay planning and writing, or editing and proofing work.
I offer tutorial-style sessions between 30-60 mins, tailored to your specific needs and can work with you via Skype, email, and phone (or a combination to suit).
