About Stephanie
As an English Literature graduate I enjoy few things more than in-depth discussion of a literary text. I hope to inspire that same passion and enjoyment for literature in tutees while ensuring that written communication is exam-ready, and providing some wider readings (in book, film, music, art etc. form) to enliven the student's understanding of their exam text.

My English Literature tutorials take a text-first approach. I will focus on ensuring students have an in-depth knowledge of their set texts, and can communicate this knowledge through concise written communication.
Lessons can range from 30 minutes to an hour. I have experience tutoring 16-18 year olds for Literature exams in the UK and have an undergraduate degree from London's top English department. My lessons are for students studying literature for HSC exams, and for students looking to apply to study English into further education.
I can teach any text and can provide in-depth feedback for written work.
The most important aspect, however, in studying literature is to develop a comprehensive understanding of a text, so my tutorials will be offered in tandem with school lessons wherein pieces of literature are discussed and debated on the points of their themes, styles and contexts.
