About Yasmin
Hello! My name is Yasmin Adan and I just recently graduated from KCL with an English BA so I understand what it’s like to be daunted by the thought of assignments and exams just around the corner. I’ve taught GCSE students before and will remain patient with all my students regarding any difficulties they have with the subject. After studying English for a few years now, I want to pass on the tips and tricks I learnt in my degree to help as many students succeed as possible.

In my lessons, I will start off by identifying the areas that a student may be struggling in the most. Whether it be analysis or essay structure, I will base my lesson around implementing techniques that will allow students to cover their most vulnerable points. My lessons are also an opportunity for GCSE and A-Level students to approach me with any anxieties they have for their upcoming exams. I will offer insight on the kind of questions that will be asked and the best way to answer them in a time sensitive exam.
