About Chantelle

Hi! I’m Chantelle Marie — a Certified and Accredited Neurolanguage Coach, CELTA-qualified English tutor, and native Londoner with over 5 years of experience in education.

I’ve taught learners from all walks of life — from international students and professionals in Madrid to ESOL learners and newcomers to the UK. What drives me is helping people speak English confidently and naturally in real-world situations, not just in the classroom.

In 2019, I moved to Spain and taught English for four years before returning to London, where I now coach learners from around the world, both online and face-to-face.

My teaching combines brain-friendly coaching methods, personalised goal-setting, and real-life English you can use straight away — whether you’re preparing for a job interview, a move abroad, or want to feel more confident in conversation.

I’ve always been passionate about language and culture — my background in journalism and radio has taught me the power of clear communication. That’s what I help you achieve.

As a Certified and Accredited Neurolanguage Coach and CELTA-certified tutor, I combine the latest brain-based learning techniques with real-life, practical English. This means we go beyond grammar rules and textbook phrases — we focus on the language you actually need to live, work, and connect with others.

My Methodology:
- Coaching-based: I listen deeply, ask the right questions, and guide you toward your own goals

- Personalised: No two learners are the same — your sessions are built around your pace, interests, and real-life needs

- Conversation-led: Speaking is at the heart of each lesson, with support for vocabulary, pronunciation, and natural flow

Lessons often blend mechanical and mastery practice.

Mechanical practice focuses on grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary, building a strong foundation through guided exercises and repetition.

Mastery practice is where the magic happens — we apply what you've learned through conversation, storytelling, role play, or fluency games.
This is where you begin thinking in English, expressing yourself freely, and developing genuine confidence.

Each session is tailored to your goals and the energy you have that day, so you always feel supported, challenged, and engaged.

I also provide light follow-up reflections or practice ideas between sessions (optional) to help you stay engaged outside of lesson time.
