About Kathleen
I am a college graduate with a degree in Creative Writing from Cabrini University, where I also minored in Gender and Body Studies. I have been tutoring students for a little under a decade, starting when I was in high school. I then worked at Cabrini University Writing Center for four years, helping students to revise their papers and learn collegiate-level grammar.

I use several techniques to edit papers and help students learn how to write and edit on their own. For example, I have students read out their own papers and tell me what they think sounds wrong. I also have some exemplary texts to go through and examine together. I am a great tutor because I make students very comfortable by putting myself on their level while still teaching them. I will also take as much time as a student needs to go through and help them to understand.
