About Taiba
Hi! I'm Taiba, an English teacher. I've spent the last 5 years working with students from the US, UK, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and Canada - ages 10 to 40, which honestly keeps things interesting. Some of my students are kids who just need to stop dreading English class. Others are professionals who need to hold a room, write better, or nail an interview. Outside of teaching, I work in strategy, do a lot of reading and writing, and occasionally go too deep into researching things nobody asked me to. Teaching doesn't feel like a second job to me - it's just something I genuinely enjoy.

I've been teaching English for 5 years across public speaking, business English, spoken English, creative writing, communication skills, personality development, and competitive exam prep. I'm also a certified public speaking coach at Planet Spark, where I've coached learners across 5+ countries.
What probably sets me apart is that I use business English professionally every day - writing high-stakes documents and presentations for senior stakeholders - so when I teach it, it's grounded in how it actually works, not just a textbook. I've done the McKinsey Forward Learning Program, Wharton Finance, and Google certifications along the way, which have genuinely sharpened how I communicate and think.
Academically, I hold a BSc with English as a major, studied under the CISCE Board, and received admission offers from both Imperial College and Warwick Business School with English proficiency waived — and a £3,000 merit scholarship from Bristol. I don't follow a one-size-fits-all approach. I figure out what's actually blocking a student and work from there.

As a parent, finding the right teacher for your child is never easy, but Taiba has truly been a wonderful experience for us. My child used to feel hesitant while speaking English, but over time I’ve seen a noticeable change — not just in fluency, but in confidence as well. Taiba is extremely patient and understands how to make children comfortable, which makes a big difference. What I appreciate most is how she encourages without putting pressure, and keeps the learning environment positive. It’s reassuring to know my child is learning from someone who genuinely cares.
I’ve been learning English with Taiba for a few months now, and the difference in my confidence is honestly surprising. What I appreciate most is how patient and calm she is — she never makes you feel rushed or judged, even when you make mistakes. Instead, she turns them into learning moments. Our sessions feel more like conversations than lessons, which made it much easier for me to open up and actually practice speaking. One moment that stood out was when I had to prepare for an interview — she helped me structure my answers and practice until I felt genuinely confident. I’d highly recommend her to anyone who wants to improve not just their English, but also their confidence while using it.
My younger sibling has been taking English lessons with Taiba, and I’ve honestly seen a big difference over time. Earlier, they used to hesitate a lot while speaking, but now they’re much more comfortable and expressive. What I like about Taiba is that she keeps things simple and doesn’t make learning feel stressful. Sometimes I overhear the sessions, and it feels more like a friendly conversation than a strict class. It’s clear she knows how to connect with students and make them feel at ease.
