About Kallyssa
My teaching method is based on increasing vocabulary, for better sentence construction and comprehension of texts, focusing on losing the fear / shame of practicing pronunciation and solving grammatical doubts (important for test and writing). I am also concerned with showing the student that English is a simple language and that there is no need to learn with pain, because if we are native speakers of Portuguese (with difficult and complex grammar) we should not fear English.

I am a chemical engineer from UFPA and have a full English course, conversation course and teacher training at the American School of Languages - ASLAN. Despite the conclusion of my course, I continue to study in a self-taught way about the culture of countries where the language is official (slang, idioms, phrasal verbs), because English has always been my greatest passion.

Conheço a Kallyssa há mais de 5 anos. Posso dizer que é ótima profissional, explica muito bem e de forma clara, o que facilita muito a compreensão. Vale a pena ter uma aula com ela!
Conheci a Kallyssa na UFPA, e a ajuda dela foi fundamental para meu desenvolvimento na engenharia, pois desenvolvi o necessário para ler qualquer bibliografia estrangeira. Com a ajuda dela publiquei e apresentei artigos em inglês para eventos internacionais . É paciente, dinâmica e objetiva. Em algum ponto nos torna independentes, sou muito grato pelo apoio que me deu.
