About Alainah
I am an English and American Literature graduate with experience in volunteer management, recruitment and support work. I am based in London but I have lived across the UK and in East Africa. I have informally tutored 7 students previously who went on to get their university choices and their predicted grades of A's and B's.

I can teach English up to university level. I am also open to teaching English as a foreign language as I am TEFL trained. I like to get to know my students individually to decide on what structure will suit their timetable and what areas they need more focus on. I am a friendly, approachable and patient person and that is reflecting in my teaching methods. Tutoring is about being supportive and making education accessible in different ways and that is what I aim to do.
