About Thanusa
As a university student, I find tutoring to be a rewarding experience as it gives me an opportunity to help students who are struggling with their academic work. It feels good to be a positive influence on someone's life, and to help them learn and grow.
Tutoring has also helped build my own academic and communication skills, as it forces me to think critically about topics I may have otherwise taken for granted, and to communicate those ideas in a clear and concise manner.

My approach to tutoring is student-centered, meaning that I tailor my lessons to meet the unique needs and learning style of each individual student. I believe that every student has the ability to succeed, and my job as a tutor is to help them unlock their full potential.
During my lessons, I use a variety of techniques and teaching methodologies to ensure that my students stay engaged and interested. I use real-life examples, hands-on activities, and visuals to help students grasp even the most challenging concepts.
The typical length of my lessons is 60 minutes, but I am always willing to customize the length depending on your needs. I offer tutoring services for students from KS2 up to A level.
I am an undergraduate in Mechanical Engineering and have experience working with a diverse range of students from different backgrounds. My experience has equipped me with the ability to work with students of different learning styles and abilities, helping them achieve academic success.
I am looking to teach maths for 11 plus, GCSE and A level and English for 11 plus.
