About Honey
Hello! My name is Honey, and I am an incoming engineering student at the University of Toronto. I want to teach physics, chemistry, and mathematics to help students build confidence, strengthen their understanding, and achieve their academic goals.
As a consistent Honor Roll student who frequently balanced academics with extracurricular activities, I understand the importance of effective study habits, time management, and learning strategies.
Having recently completed high school, I understand the challenges students face, what teachers look for in assignments and assessments, and how to prepare for university-level learning. Whether you need help with homework, test preparation, or mastering difficult concepts, I am committed to creating a supportive learning environment where you can ask questions, develop confidence, and reach your full potential.

Learning should be personalized and tailored to each individual, as every student has different strengths, challenges, and learning styles. My goal as a tutor is to help students build a strong understanding of concepts rather than memorize formulas or procedures; that logic will carry over and help them no matter the situation. Questions are highly encouraged, and I work through problems step by step so they gain the confidence to solve similar questions on their own.
My tutoring is intended for high school students who need help with coursework, homework, test preparation, or strengthening their understanding of key concepts.
