I believe in Students growing in their own unique way and pace with proper guidance, structure and motivation for the level they are currently in.

I own a childcare facility and have taught children from 1 yrs of age to 10 years of age. I'm able to think on a friend level with the children and guide them into focussing on a challenge and accomplishing it at their pace with a little push.
