About Stephen
I am a Mechanical Engineer professional with 11 years of real world experience. I went to the University of Central Florida (Go Knights) were I obtained a B.S. Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics. I did struggle in school at times and learned the hard way that everyone learns differently and sometimes you have to look at it from a different perspective (Big Hero 6). Schooling is hard enough and you don't need someone who is rigid and uncompromising, as long as the effort is there people will always be there to support you and that's what I am doing here.

- Assessing the student to determine the strengths and weakness to efficiently work on concepts
- Patients and understanding of different methods that work for certain individuals
- Honestly I was not the best student and I struggled, concepts did not come easy to me and I had to work harder than others to grasp and understand them
- Typical lesson plan is going over concepts that were a struggle from the last meeting for the first half and then working on new concepts for the second half. Fully aware that the previous concepts are the building blocks for the future. (e.g. Addition must be understood before tackling Calculus)
