About Khairul
Right now, I work as a Product Engineer where I handle quality issues, provide dispositions for shipments, troubleshoot line problems, and work closely with Failure Analysis to identify the root cause of product failures. I also lead cost-efficiency projects and support customers by solving technical problems. Even though my current job is very technical, my true passion has always been teaching. I enjoy helping people understand difficult concepts and seeing them feel confident after learning something new. Back in university, I was the person my friends would come to for help—I guided them on how to answer questions, how to spot the key points, and how to approach exams correctly. Seeing them succeed made me genuinely happy. That feeling is why I want to become a tuition teacher. Teaching is something natural to me, and I want to use my experience and patience to help students understand math in a simple, clear, and enjoyable way.

I teach Math for Form 1, 2, and 3 by focusing on understanding, not memorizing. For Form 1, I strengthen basic skills using simple examples and fun activities. For Form 2, I help students apply concepts through real-life problems and group work. For Form 3, I guide them through harder topics with clear steps and problem-solving practice. Overall, I keep lessons interesting with games, discussions, and visual explanations. I break topics into easy parts, encourage questions, and support weaker students while maintaining a friendly but disciplined classroom.
