Vyjayanthi - Learning is essential, but it will not reach your mind if you do not from your heart. I strongly believe in the POWER OF YET! If you do not understand something YET, we can work together and reach your goal, and I will be there every step of the way! I create an atmosphere where my students feel confident in me and my abilities. I believe that trust and confidence are the cornerstone of effective teaching. I assure my students that I am approachable and attentive to their needs. I encourage questions and actively listen to their concerns. By doing so, I create a safe and supportive space where students know their voices are valued.

I believe in Hands-on teaching, which means practical activities and experiments. I always encourage my students to have critical thinking and asking open-ended questions. This helps students have an engaging and thoughtful discussion. I have a genuine passion for teaching, which can be contagious, and I always work towards motivating my students. Coming from a culturally diverse background, I respect my students from diverse backgrounds; I try to incorporate diverse perspectives into my teaching.
