About Felicity
Hi there, my name’s Felicity and I’m a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate from Durham University. I chose engineering because it combines my love of maths, physics, creativity, and problem-solving, and throughout my degree I used these skills every day.
As someone with dyslexia, I understand that everyone learns differently. I tailor my teaching to each student, using a range of approaches including recap sessions, worked examples, exam-style questions, mind maps, and progress checks to find what works best for them.

I offer tutoring in GCSE and A-Level Maths and Physics. Having received tutoring myself and tutored family friends, I know how valuable one-to-one support can be in building confidence and helping students reach their potential.
About my sessions:
Our first lesson will be a chance to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and identify the areas you'd like to focus on. I'm a visual learner and enjoy using a variety of revision techniques, including mind maps, flashcards, note blurting, and question banks. Together, we'll find a learning style that suits you, and I'll be there to support you every step of the way.
Lessons are usually one hour long, but I am happy to adapt the length of sessions to suit each student's needs, with 40-minute lessons available where appropriate.
