I am a chemical engineering graduate from NIT Trichy currently working at a consulting firm. I have been tutoring students for 6 years, and am based out of Chennai. I speak fluent English, Hindi, Tamil, Urdu, and attended JEE coaching for 5 years.

Over the years of tutoring students, I've found that the most effective way to spark interest in a student is to strengthen their fundamentals. If the fundamentals are weak, the student more often than not gets depressed and demotivated. Another technique that I often implement is taking reverse KTs (Knowledge transfer) where the student will have to explain to me what they've learnt.
