My teaching methodology is dependant on your goals. For test preparation, we will create an outline & go over sample questions and how to answer them. For a subject you may be struggling in, I will understand first how you approach the problem, where you get stuck, and teach you the methods you can use to improve. My goal is to help the student understand the core concepts of a given topic, so we will discuss your needs first, and then devise a plan for our tutoring session.
