About François
I am a young Arts et Métiers engineer, who went through a special Math sup / Math prep, I have always considered math and physics to be games: there is a solution for each problem.
After professional experience in management consulting, where I was able to support large groups in transformation programs, I am now a strategic project manager in a company on the border between a tech nugget & record label
My daily life: evaluate strategic opportunities, frame and propose ambitious projects meeting needs, execute these project plans always in a pragmatic and human approach.
My watchwords: good humor, ambition, flexibility and taking a step back

Convinced that each student has their own learning method, and that the results are always achievable if the teacher listens and suggests suitable courses, I offer my students an ambitious but educational support.
[N ] Beyond improving grades and / or achieving high performance results, I want to engage the student in a real dynamic in terms of his learning and to give him all the confidence necessary to define his professional and personal future.
My approach, co-constructed with the student, is based on relational proximity and on a constructive step-by-step methodology, having pre-defined objectives at each stage of learning.
Methodology:
- During the first lesson, an in-depth review of the student's general level and objectives is carried out - what are his strengths and weaknesses? What are its short and long term goals? What is the methodology currently applied in class?
- A learning path is therefore constructed in order to meet these objectives - co-construction of detailed course sheets, adapted teaching methodology, exercises and tests and regular follow-up with parents in order to measure progress
- Exercises between each lesson will also be addressed to the student in order to assess his ability to work independently
Attention, no pressure :) I am a young engineer who understands what life is like for a student in college or high school. The objective is to understand each other, to establish a relationship of trust. My support must serve to help, relax, give self-confidence, and finally progress.
