About Paola
I’ve been practicing yoga since 2015, and it has transformed my life in ways I never imagined. I became certified in 2020 and started teaching in 2021, bringing my passion for movement, mindfulness, and growth into every class I lead. Yoga has helped me do things I once thought were impossible, and I love guiding students toward those same moments of discovery.
I’m especially drawn to arm balances and standing balances — the playful, challenging poses that build strength, focus, and confidence. I enjoy exploring shapes that feel achievable in my own body, and I’m never afraid to guide students through poses I may not personally master yet. To me, yoga is about curiosity, courage, and celebrating progress in all its forms.
My teaching style is dynamic, creative, and rooted in thoughtful sequencing. I love crafting smooth transitions and incorporating functional movements that support real-life strength and mobility. Whether we’re flowing, balancing, or exploring new variations, I aim to create classes that feel empowering, energizing, and deeply connected to the breath.

Whether you’re looking to deepen your vinyasa flow, build strength, improve balance, or simply move and breathe with more confidence, I shape the lesson to support your personal journey.
I love creating thoughtful sequences and smooth transitions, blending traditional vinyasa with functional movements that help you feel stronger and more capable in everyday life. My classes are interactive, energizing, and focused on getting you out of your comfort zone in a safe, encouraging way.
Expect lots of movement, creative flows, and breath‑driven transitions — the kind of practice that makes you sweat, grow, and feel fully present in your body. Every session is designed to challenge you, inspire you, and help you evolve in your practice.
