About Sophie
I am a dancer, studied at Stella Mann College of Performing Arts, graduated with a level 6 diploma in dance and musical theatre. Currently studying a part time degree into my professional practice. Previous experience include, teaching ballet at Stella Mann, external performances in theatres and events.

Class is based on performance and technique, working on the overall product to make you a great performer. All lessons start with a warm up, streach and end with a yoga based cool down. Within in the lessons expect to work in musicality and facial expressions.
