About Caroline

Hi! My name is Caroline and I am a recent college graduate. I am a soccer coach for an elite girls' travel team and an endurance runner with years of sports experience growing up. I love teaching kids and would be delighted to offer sessions that inspire your young athlete, and help them with any skills they would like to work on/learn. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.

About the lesson

Throughout my time coaching soccer, I have learned how to keep kids excited and engaged, and love seeing them achieve their goals. I am happy to help your young athlete by customizing movement/ stretching/ games for them to get their energy out at home and work on sports skills.

Each lesson is tailored to your child's specific needs and will be themed for whichever sport or activity they are interested in. I can teach lessons that will help with soccer, basketball, running/track, and more by offering the skills to enhance their performance in a relaxed and fun environment.
