About Tan
I'm a qualified coach and educator with over 20 years of experience helping students, teachers, and young adults develop confidence, direction, and motivation. I've worked across Australia and Asia, leading educational and leadership programs that support personal growth and future readiness.
My background combines academic support, coaching mindset, and cross-cultural communication. Many of my students are preparing for university, international education, or need guidance with managing study pressure or life changes. Others want to grow focus and structure.
I hold qualifications in education, leadership, and strengths-based coaching. My approach is calm, professional, and encouraging. I believe every student can grow with the right support.
I offer one-on-one coaching, group sessions, and short online bootcamps.

My sessions are designed to support students who need focus, motivation, or structure in their learning. I coach in English and integrate academic, personal, and future-readiness goals. Some students need help with study techniques, others with confidence or planning. I also support students and educators in building leadership skills and self-direction. I adapt each session to their needs. I use a calm, student-led approach. We set clear goals, reflect on progress, and build practical habits using discussion and coaching tools. English improvement happens naturally through guided conversation and growth-focused topics. I have 20+ years of experience working with students in Australia and Asia. Many of my clients are students preparing for university, navigating change, or learning how to manage stress. Sessions are fully online and include personalized notes and summaries. Details
Lessons are conducted online via Zoom. You will receive a Zoom link and session details via LINE or email after booking. My LINE ID is petertancoach. Some sessions also include access to a private Practice.do classroom, where you can view notes, resources, and submit reflection tasks. You may log in to Practice.do using your Gmail address. Please let me know if you need help setting up access. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds. Communication is available in English or simple Japanese via LINE or email.
