About Victoria
I have a high 2:1 Law Degree and experience managing employment tribunal cases. Helping others is at the root of many of my goals and this is what prompted me to teach. I am a friendly, attentive, and proactive person who will always be there to encourage students and give them the perseverance they need. I've been through the challenges of law school, and I've also come out the other side! My overall aim as a tutor will always be to have you understand something you didn't before coming to me. When I'm not working, I go to the gym, dance for a non-profit majorettes team, and spend time as much time as possible with my family's dogs!

Employment law is a multifaceted area of law that covers discrimination, contract law, health and safety law, and more. With experience managing employment tribunal claims covering these issues, I will help you learn how to: - Identify wider issues within an employment law topic - Apply your employment law knowledge to scenarios that arise in practice - Prepare an employment law issue for tribunal proceedings I can also offer guidance on employability within the legal industry that is not focused on the solicitor or barrister route.
