About Emily
Hi, I'm Emily, a Clinical Nutritionist & Weight Loss Coach. I coach women who are ready to kickstart their weight loss or break through a weight loss plateau, lose their next 10kg and keep it off long term.
If you've tried everything to lose weight yet nothing seems to work, I want you to know, I've been where you are! I'm on the journey to lose half my body weight and continue to practice and learn how to overcome this struggle.
I can help you understand the emotional side of why you overeat and provide weight loss tools to help you get started on your weight loss journey or past your current weight loss plateau.
