About Declan
I am a 17-year-old elite ultimate frisbee player who has been involved in elite athletics since I was 14 and attended my first national championships for frisbee. Since then, I have won a silver medal in Canada at the U19 men's level, a silver medal in the USA at the U20 men's level, a gold medal at the provincial U19 men's level, and the city championships in Ottawa with my high school. Along the way, I have worked with several elite athletic trainers and have learned so much. I currently work with the premier strength and conditioning coach in the ultimate frisbee community, but in the past, I have worked with a D1 baseball coach and a Canadian Usports soccer coach.
