About Emmett
My passion for jazz guitar runs deep, and it’s this love for music that drives my teaching. From the moment I picked up the guitar, I was captivated by the rich, expressive sounds of jazz, and I’ve dedicated my life to mastering its many styles and techniques. Teaching jazz guitar allows me to share this passion with others, helping students not only learn the instrument but also develop a genuine love for jazz.
I strive to create a learning environment where students feel free to explore and experiment. Whether we’re working on improvisation, composing a new piece, or diving into complex theory, my goal is to inspire students to push their boundaries and find joy in the process of learning and making music.
