I work in engineering and have an understanding of how math has value in REAL LIFE applications. I’ve tutored middle school, high school, and college students in the past and the majority of their grades rise to B and above! I’ve seen so much growth and am not judge mental. Mathematics are important tools to help us understand the world around us. It can be overwhelming, learning new topics, equations, and introducing variables. Breaking down these concepts and tackling each step is key to gain an overall understanding. I offer an optimistic outlook on math. I believe anyone is able to learn these concepts if they are put in terms they understand. I relate to the student, get an understanding to their learning style, and teach so they may have a better understanding.
