We begin at the beginning to identify the goals and intentions of the student. Will the skills acquired be utilized for understanding of a specific content area, subject matter, or used for personal enjoyment and enrichment? Next, discuss how you plan on utilizing your newly acquired skill, beginning by determining the holes in learning and begin to fill in the gaps. ascertaining the student’s learning style, what prior knowledge or learning experience do you have? I like teaching through the application of skills once they are acquired, and then using the skills as building blocks to help the student understand how the developmental skills build on each other. Application is usually done through learning games. Learning should always be fun
