About Vanessa
At the moment I am a student that is studying to become a high school French teacher! I have a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in French and in History. I have spent the last two years as a camp counselor at a small Francophone camp, interacting with students in French and enabling them as well as myself to get fully immersed in the French language and culture through games and other academic activities.

My classes are meant for people who are either just starting to learn French or people who have taken many French classes and would like to master their second language. My goal is to ensure that my students are able to grasp difficult concepts within the French language with efficiency so that they are successful in any academic pursuits related to French. I find it important that the students walk away from one of my sessions wanting to come back, and since I am aiming to teach more at the high school level I find that incorporating games and fun activities aid the students to retain more information since they are physically interacting with the subject matter.
