I base my class with an example. Since economics is a vast subject and the concepts of the entire subject are macro in nature, it's necessary to base the knowledge of the class with a practical example, rather than just the bookish knowledge. As said, economics is a social science, it deals with the working of the economy and it's extremely crucial to understand how the economy around the world functions.
