About Tvisha
Hi! I’m Tvisha, an Economics student at the University of Warwick. I have always enjoyed helping others understand subjects that initially seem difficult or confusing, which is what led me to start tutoring. I tutor GCSE Maths, Economics, Physics and Business Studies, as well as A-level Economics and Business Studies.
I achieved almost full marks in my Economics and Business Studies exams (high A*s) and I was particularly passionate about these subjects throughout sixth form. I know how frustrating it can be when you understand a topic but struggle to translate that understanding into exam marks, so I aim to make my lessons practical, clear and focused on helping students become more confident.

My main aim is to make subjects feel much less complicated than they initially seem. I don’t like simply giving students a method to memorise — I focus on helping them understand why something works, so they can apply it to questions they haven’t seen before.
I place a strong emphasis on exam technique, breaking down mark schemes and understanding exactly what examiners are looking for. Through my studies at A level, I identified a framework for answers that tends to work with all examiners - the same framework which enabled me to achieve almost full marks in my final Economics and Business studies A level exams.
I already have 3 years of tutoring experience and tend to offer lessons of approximately 1 hour but can adapt based on the student's needs
