About Ali
Teaching is something that has been more of a passion than anything in recent years. I enjoy helping students with the same concepts that once troubled me. I hold an opinion that only someone who has had difficulty trying to understand medicine and eventually overcame it can use their experience to guide others, and with the mistakes and lessons I have learned over the years, I find it a privilege to be able to help others where I once struggled.

Hello everyone! My name is Ali and I have over 3 years of experience preparing students for USMLE Step 1, Step 2, and Step 3. I am passionate about helping medical students build a strong conceptual foundation while developing the clinical reasoning skills needed to succeed on these exams.
I use a multifaceted teaching approach that includes detailed, interactive lectures conducted through video calls, supported by my graphic tablet to clearly annotate, illustrate, and explain complex concepts in real time. This visual and interactive style helps students better understand and retain high-yield material.
What truly sets my teaching apart is my strong emphasis on question-based learning. I actively integrate USMLE-style questions into each session to ensure concepts are not only understood, but correctly applied, reinforcing long-term retention and exam readiness.
I am always looking forward to learning, growing, and evolving as an educator, while helping my students gain confidence and achieve their academic goals.
