About Daniel
My immersion in Spanish culture during a study abroad program in Spain was transformative, deepening not just my linguistic abilities but also my understanding of diverse cultures. This international exposure, combined with my role as an English tutor for Spanish-speaking children in Seville, showcased my adaptability and dedication to tailored teaching.
In the heart of DC, as an Assistant Professor at George Washington University, I’ve had the privilege to mold young minds, integrating my rich academic background with practical insights. My time as an intern at Goucher College’s Office of Global Education further honed my organizational and communication skills, all while managing their Instagram platform and addressing students’ real-world concerns.
Outside academia, my roles in the restaurant industry in Burlington, VT, taught me teamwork and innovation. I also take pride in my contributions as a Social Work Intern at Identity, Inc., where I represented and nurtured Hispanic and Latin American youth.
