I work with students on their pace, work according to the issues that they are facing and make sure they get the process and method of solving rather than just the answer. Mathematics is refined through practising problem solving, and that is how we can make friends with the subject - by solving lots of problems. I believe in taking my students through multiple problems and making them efficient.
