About Clayton
I hold a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Public Policy and Management and a Master of Science (MSc) in International Public and Development Management, both from the University of the West Indies, Mona. I am currently pursuing an MPhil in Governance and Public Policy at the Sir Arthur Lewis Institute of Social and Economic Studies (SALISES), UWI Mona. I genuinely enjoy teaching and helping people improve themselves. Over the years, I have developed a passion for sharing knowledge, encouraging students, and seeing them gain confidence in their abilities. I believe teaching would give me an opportunity to continue to grow as an educator. I would also value the opportunity to contribute to an institution that focuses on helping students achieve their educational and career goals.

My teaching approach is learner-centered, practical, and interactive. I use direct instruction, guided discussion, questioning, demonstrations, group activities, problem-solving exercises, case studies, practice tests, and formative assessments. I incorporate real-life examples to strengthen understanding and encourage critical thinking. I provide individualized feedback and use continuous assessment to identify learning gaps and support student progress.
