About Jane
Hi! I’m Jane Hong, a pianist and educator with extensive experience teaching students of all ages and levels. I hold degrees in piano performance from the Eastman School of Music and the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music (CCM), and I am currently a Teaching Assistant at Boston University, pursuing my Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) degree. Before moving to Boston, I served as a faculty member at one of Korea’s most prestigious arts middle and high schools and worked as a competition judge, helping young pianists refine their artistry and achieve outstanding results. My teaching focuses on developing a solid technical foundation, musical sensitivity, and confidence—whether the goal is enjoyment, performance, or conservatory admission.

About Me
I am currently a Teaching Assistant at Boston University School of Music, pursuing my DMA in Piano Performance. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from the Eastman School of Music and a Master’s degree from the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music (CCM).
Before moving to Boston, I founded Boston Piano Studio in Korea, where my students were accepted into top conservatories and music schools.
