About Krysia
I have a Doctor if Physical Therapy degree and am a licensed physical therapist that is currently practicing in the outpatient orthopedic setting. I first fell in love with anatomy as a young dancer and this carried over into my professional career. I am also a certified yoga instructor and Pilates instructor. Movement is amazing and has a great power fundamentally change your body, mind, and spirit.

I like to approach anatomy first with structure, what are we looking at? Then function, what does it do? I like to use lots of different tools (visual, kinesthetic, auditory) to learn as we to best learn if we can make many connections and interact with the material in a variety of ways.
