I am a former psychologist, current owner of women’s wellness business TulaSoul, where I offer coaching, yoga, somatic and energy healing, workshops, moon circles, retreats and more. I am also an author and award-winning poet. I volunteer for anti-racist organizations and I’m on a local leadership team for a community organization.

I was born to teach- I am passionate about leading students to their own brilliance in expression through words. Being a former psychologist and holistic healer, I am able to identify the blocks that interfere with creativity and when barriers are overcome, amazing things happen. I help students discover who they really are!
