In every session, I seek to create an environment that is positive, caring and challenging. Through guidance, inquiry and the use of adaptive teaching to meet the needs of the individual, my students are able to feel comfortable with being challenged and feel pride in their ability to succeed. In praising participation and focusing on their process, my students feel confident in taking risks in their learning and value participation over the chance of failure.
